These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Royal Elite Pest Control website at royalelitepest.com and the pest control services we provide. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully.
1. Our Services
Royal Elite Pest Control provides professional pest management services in Dubai and the wider UAE, including but not limited to: cockroach control, bed bug treatment, termite control, rodent control, mosquito control, disinfection, and annual maintenance contracts (AMC) for residential and commercial properties.
All services are performed by trained technicians using Dubai Municipality-approved methods and products.
2. Booking & Appointments
- Bookings can be made via our online form, WhatsApp, or by calling us directly.
- A booking is confirmed only when you receive written or verbal confirmation from our team.
- We will make every effort to attend at the agreed time. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange an alternative appointment.
- Please ensure access to the property is available at the agreed appointment time. If our technician is unable to gain access, we reserve the right to charge a call-out fee.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- A written quote will be provided before any treatment commences. No work will begin without your explicit approval of the quote.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing for AMC contracts.
- We accept cash and bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be available — please enquire when booking.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or same-day no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of AED 50–100 depending on the service type.
- AMC contract cancellations are subject to the terms specified in the individual contract agreement.
5. Re-Treatment Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If pests return within the warranty period specified for your treatment type, we will re-treat the affected area at no additional cost. This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
- The property has been prepared as instructed by our technician prior to treatment.
- Post-treatment instructions have been followed (e.g. ventilation periods, areas to avoid).
- The re-infestation has not been caused by new introduction from outside the treated area.
- The claim is made within the specified warranty period.
6. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the pest problem, property type, and any prior treatments.
- Ensure the property is accessible and prepared as per our pre-treatment guidelines.
- Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities relevant to the products we use.
- Keep children, pets, and vulnerable individuals away from treated areas for the time period specified by our technician.
7. Limitation of Liability
Royal Elite Pest Control's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for:
- Damage caused by pests prior to our treatment.
- Re-infestation resulting from conditions outside our control after treatment.
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any nature.
8. Health & Safety
All products used by Royal Elite Pest Control are approved by Dubai Municipality and the World Health Organization (WHO). Our technicians are trained to apply treatments safely. However, it is your responsibility to follow any post-treatment safety instructions provided. If you or any occupant has known chemical sensitivities, please inform us prior to booking.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Royal Elite Pest Control and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
